Ziya Özalp Elected to the Board of ATR International, a Giant Automotive Cooperation Organization with a Business Volume of 40 Billion Euros
ATR International, a cooperation organization that encompasses 290 independent spare parts distributors from 66 different countries with a total business volume of 40 billion Euros, elected Martaş Automotive Board Member Ziya Özalp to its Board of Directors during the meeting held in Hungary. Özalp became the first Turk to be appointed to this position in one of the world’s most established organizations in the field.
Expressing great pride in being elected to the Board of Directors of ATR International, Özalp said, “Representing Turkey on an international platform and being part of the management of this giant organization with a business volume of 40 billion Euros is a significant source of pride for me. With this important role, we will showcase the competence and strength of our country’s automotive sector on the global stage.”
A Turkish businessperson has been brought into the management of one of the world’s most established and leading organizations in his field of activity.
The new board members of ATR International, a cooperation organization that brings together the world’s leading independent automotive spare parts companies, were determined at the meeting held in Hungary.
At the meeting, Martaş Automotive Board Member Ziya Özalp was elected to the Board of Directors of ATR International, which was founded in 1967 and includes 290 independent spare parts distributors from 66 different countries with a total business volume of 40 billion Euros.
ATR International, which has 11,200 sales points worldwide, employs 196,500 people. The organization, aiming to provide high-quality original spare parts to independent car repairers and spare parts sellers, is headquartered near Denkendorf in Stuttgart, Germany.

Martaş Automotive Board Member Ziya Özalp expressed great pride and joy in being elected to the Board of Directors of ATR International.
