The Happiness of Our Employees is Our Biggest Reward...

We conduct our "Happiness Survey" periodically in order to measure the satisfaction of our employees and receive feedback. In 2023, according to the results of our survey conducted in cooperation with Capital Magazine and Happy Place to Work, we received the Very Good Employee Experience Certificate and Award and were selected as "Turkey's Happiest Workplace in its Sector".

We continue to maintain the happiness of our employees with our strong brand, our culture based on mutual respect and trust, and our innovative Human Resources practices.

Following our "Happiness Survey", we launched our "Happiness Ambassadors Project" in order to monitor our employees' loyalty and satisfaction with the company in a healthier, more efficient and more effective way and to take actions regarding our development areas. Project groups formed from our volunteer employees had the chance to lead the realization of actions by presenting their suggestions to the Senior Management.

At Martaş Otomotiv, we create environments where our employees can be together, where sincerity is at the forefront, and we attach importance to communicating in a way that makes our employees feel that we are with them under all circumstances with transparent information.

● We Meet in Happiness
We organize events such as "Breakfast, Croissants, Waffles, etc." at certain periods throughout the year and create many environments where we enjoy being together.

● Good thing that you are a part of us
Every month on our birthdays, we come together by organizing a happy hour at all our locations with our "İyi Ki Bir Bir Parça Da Sen" event. We plant saplings on behalf of our employees who have birthdays and contribute to the growth of our Martaş Forest day by day.

● We organize seniority award ceremonies and present plaques to all our employees at all our locations every year.

● April 23rd is Special at Martaş Automotive
Every year, we organize a "Traditional Painting Contest" with a different theme to celebrate the National Sovereignty and Children's Day, which the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk gifted to our children, together with the children of our most valuable assets, the architects of our future, our Martaş Otomotiv employees. We exhibit the paintings from different regions of Turkey at our Head Office and present certificates and awards to all participants and the winning children.
