We organize a comprehensive "Orientation Program" for all our new employees with our motto "You are a Part of Us Now". With our Co-Pilot application, we facilitate the adaptation process of our new employees.

Within the scope of our Orientation Program, our employees meet with department managers and senior management, make customer visits, have the opportunity to see our Distribution Centers and get to know our company 360 degrees.

We implement many training and development programs to support the career development of all Martaş Automotive employees and contribute to their personal, professional and managerial development.

We believe that training is a continuous process and that up-to-date information should be delivered to our human resources in a timely and accurate manner. For this reason, we offer in-class training programs with our "ROTA-M Leadership Development Program" and "ROTA-M Competency Development Program".

As Human Resources, we carry out various activities to follow the career development of all Martaş Automotive employees. We share our career road map and promotion criteria prepared in this direction with all our employees and put them into practice.
