Europe's largest spare parts distribution organization: ATR

ATR is one of the largest and most successful business alliances of leading distributors of independent automotive aftermarket parts worldwide.

ATR was founded in Stuttgart, Germany in 1967 by five major automotive spare parts distributors. The aim of this partnership was to gain a stronger position in the purchasing of automotive spare parts, accessories and service equipment.

With the establishment of ATR International AG in 1999, this association has become an organization of strong partners with equal rights, able to develop, strengthen and benchmark their competitive position through competitive purchasing and marketing activities for all partners.

Martaş Automotive is a shareholder member of ATR, one of the largest spare parts distribution organizations in Europe. With the experience gained from this partnership, Martaş Automotive has great strength and experience in domestic and international markets.

At the same time, our Board Member Mr. Ziya ÖZALP was elected as a member of the Audit Board in 2024.
