GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

Personal data owners defined as the relevant person in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") or the legal representatives of these persons (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant" or "Relevant Person") are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the KVKK.

MARTAŞ OTOMOTİV YEDEK PARÇA TİC. VE SAN. A.Ş. ("Our Company"), which is the data controller in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, must submit applications regarding these rights to us in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board").

Within this framework, applications to be made to our Company in "written" form can be sent to us by printing this form;

● By the applicant's personal application,
● Through a notary public, or,
● Signed by the applicant with the "secure electronic signature" defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to our Company's registered e-mail address.

Below, information is provided specific to the written application channels regarding how written applications will be delivered to us.

In accordance with the LPPD, our Company may choose any of the response methods presented to you in the table above. In addition, our Company reserves the right to make another notification electronically.

Your applications sent to us will be responded to within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 13 of the LPPD. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provision of the 13th article of the relevant LPPD . Your request will be evaluated by our Company and if your request is rejected, the reasons for rejection will be shared with you. The Applicant 's right to appeal the rejection decision is reserved.

If no notification method is preferred, the application will be answered in the same manner as it was submitted.

This application form has been prepared in order to determine your relationship with our Company and to determine your personal data processed by our Company, if any, in full, and to respond to your application correctly and within the legal period. In order to eliminate legal risks that may arise from unlawful and unfair data sharing and especially to ensure the security of your personal data, our Company reserves the right to request additional documents and information (copy of identity card or driver's license, etc.) for identification and authorization. In the event that the information regarding your requests you submit within the scope of the form is not correct and up-to-date or an unauthorized application is made, our Company does not accept liability for the requests arising from the said incorrect information or unauthorized application, and in such cases, our Company reserves the right to reject the application.
