Your collected personal data, subject to your disclosure of your personal data to us; for the purposes of evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, conducting and finalizing the recruitment processes within the framework of our Institution's human resources policies and contacting you within this scope, and also for the purpose of ensuring the realization of legal and commercial obligations with our Institution and persons who have a business relationship with our Institution; It will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 of Law No. 6698 for the purposes of determining and implementing our commercial and business strategies and developing and improving the recruitment principles applied by our Institution. 3. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data collected; In line with the purposes described and within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of Law No. 6698, Martaş Otomotiv Yedek Parça Tic. ve San. A.Ş. will be transferred limited to the purposes specified in the Policy.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Institution through different channels and based on different legal reasons; in order to implement the human resources policies of our Institution and to carry out recruitment processes. Your personal data collected in this process; Our websites on the internet, through other websites that allow you to apply for a job or in a physical environment, for the legal reason of conducting our commercial activities and operational processes for the purposes of evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, conducting and finalizing the recruitment processes within the framework of the human resources policies of the Institution, and contacting you within this scope, in the application form on our website, through the relevant career sites where you apply for a job or in a physical environment. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 2 and 3 of this Clarification Text within the scope of the principles specified in Article 4 of Law No. 6698 and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5.

5. Retention Periods for Your Personal Data
The retention periods for your personal data are as stated below:

If a provision in the law or the relevant legislation specifies a period of time for the storage of the data, the data must be kept for at least this period. Such data are deleted at the end of the specified period.

If a period of time has not been determined by law regarding the storage of the data we process, the data in question is stored for the period determined in accordance with the relationship between us, and if the specified period expires, the job application is deleted in 10 years if the job application is positive, and in maximum 1 year if the job application is negative - without your request.

If a period of time is stipulated in the legislation regarding the storage of data and you request that the data in question be deleted before this period, this request cannot be realized. In cases where the period for the storage of data is not specified in the legislation, if you have a request for the deletion of data, your data is deleted immediately and within 30 days at the latest.

6. Rights of the Personal Data Owner listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to Martaş Otomotiv Yedek Parça Tic. ve San. A.Ş. KVKK Policy, which has been shared with the public on the website _COPY . Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant legislation, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

7. Request for Updating Your Information
Your personal data we collect must be accurate and, where necessary, up-to-date. Therefore, in case of any change in your personal data, you can report this to the relevant unit of our Institution.
